COLLECTOR VERSE PRESENTS TCG & Collectibles Event Show Official Vendor Information, Rules & Requirements Date: Saturday, November 28, 2026 Location: 205 Lakeview Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34741 Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Eastern Vendor Arrival: 11:00 AM Eastern Mandatory Vendor Departure: 10:45PM Eastern Welcome to Collector Verse! We’re excited to bring together collectors, vendors, trading card enthusiasts, families, and fans for a day of buying, selling, trading, and celebrating the collectibles community. To ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable event for everyone, all participating vendors must review and follow the guidelines below. 1. Vendor Registration & Table Pricing Vendor spaces are available at the following rates: 6-Foot Table: $60 8-Foot Table: $80 Each reserved table includes one chair. Vendors requiring additional chairs must contact event organizers in advance to submit their requests. Additional chairs are subject to availability. Tables will be provided by Collector Verse. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths, display stands, signage, merchandise cases, and other display materials. 2. Vendor Arrival & Setup All vendors are requested to arrive by 11:00 AM Eastern to allow sufficient time for unloading and setup. The event officially opens to guests at 12:00 PM. Vendors must check in with event organizers upon arrival. All vendor waivers must be signed before setting up. Vendors must use their assigned table locations. Merchandise displays should be completed before guests enter. Entrances, exits, and walkways must remain clear during setup. 3. Vendor Waivers & Responsibilities All vendors must review and sign the required participation waiver upon arrival. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, personal belongings, equipment, and sales transactions. Collector Verse encourages vendors to secure valuable merchandise and avoid leaving their tables unattended. All vendors must comply with event rules, venue policies, and applicable laws. 4. Table Displays & Electrical Outlets Merchandise must remain within each vendor’s designated space. Tables may not be moved or rearranged without organizer approval. Vendors may bring their own display cases, card stands, and promotional materials. Displays must not obstruct walkways or neighboring vendors. Vendors must request permission from event organizers before using any electrical outlets. Extension cords, additional lighting, and electronic equipment requiring electricity must be approved before use. Electrical access is not guaranteed and is subject to venue availability and safety requirements. 5. Food & Beverage Policy No outside beverages are permitted inside the establishment. An attached bar is available for purchasing beverages separately. All beverages must be purchased and consumed according to venue policies. Children and individuals under the legal drinking age are not permitted inside the designated bar area. Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed in areas authorized by the venue. Vendors must respect all venue food and beverage restrictions. 6. Approved Merchandise & Vendor Conduct Collector Verse welcomes vendors offering Pokémon cards, sports cards, trading card games, graded collectibles, memorabilia, toys, figures, comics, and other approved collectibles. All vendors must: Sell merchandise they are legally authorized to offer. Accurately represent merchandise condition and authenticity. Avoid counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited products. Clearly communicate prices and transaction terms. Respect customers, fellow vendors, and event staff. Conduct business professionally. Follow all applicable laws and venue regulations. Harassment, threatening behavior, unsafe activities, and disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. 7. Vendor Cleanliness & Trash Removal Every vendor is responsible for cleaning their assigned area before leaving. Vendors must: Collect and properly dispose of all trash. Remove cardboard boxes, packaging, wrappers, cups, and food containers. Remove all merchandise and personal equipment. Keep their table and surrounding space clean throughout the event. Leave provided tables and chairs in good condition. Dispose of trash in designated receptacles or removal areas approved by event staff. No merchandise, unwanted supplies, packaging, or garbage may be left behind. Please respect the venue and help us maintain a clean environment. 8. Event Closing & Mandatory Breakdown Event Ends: 10:00 PM Eastern All Vendors Must Be Completely Packed Up and Departed by 10:45 PM Eastern. Vendors may begin breaking down their displays at 10:00 PM. All merchandise, display equipment, boxes, and personal belongings must be removed by 10:45 PM. All trash must be collected and properly disposed of before departure. Tables and chairs must be left in their designated areas unless otherwise instructed. Vendors are responsible for completing their breakdown within the allotted 45-minute period. Early breakdown during public event hours requires organizer approval. Please plan accordingly to ensure an efficient closing process. 9. Parking & Guest Admission FREE PARKING for vendors and guests. FREE ADMISSION for all event attendees. Vendors must follow designated unloading and parking instructions. Driveways, emergency access points, and loading areas must remain unobstructed. 10. Safety & Security Vendors are responsible for safeguarding their merchandise, money, electronics, and personal belongings. High-value collectibles should be displayed securely. Emergency exits and walkways must remain accessible. Unsafe equipment or displays may be prohibited. Any suspicious activity or safety concern should be reported to event organizers immediately. All participants must follow venue safety requirements. 11. Event Organizer Authority Collector Verse organizers reserve the right to enforce event policies and address conduct that disrupts the event or creates safety concerns. Vendors who violate event or venue policies may be asked to correct the issue or leave the event, subject to the participation agreement and applicable law. Vendor Acknowledgment By reserving a table and participating in the Collector Verse TCG & Collectibles Event Show, vendors acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to comply with the event’s published rules, reservation policies, and venue requirements.
