Create and customize

Design your floor plan through a visual editor — no CAD software required.

Everything below works whether you're placing your first booth or reshaping a layout you've run for years.

Draw right on top of your real venue

Upload a photo or PDF of your actual floor plan and place booths directly on top of it — no CAD software, no grid paper, no guessing at scale.

Circle or rectangle booths, resized and duplicated in seconds

Switch the whole map between circle pins and to-scale rectangle footprints. Drag a corner to resize, duplicate a booth to make a matching row, or snap to Vertical/Horizontal presets.

Tilt a booth to any angle

Rotate a rectangle booth freehand to follow a diagonal wall or angled aisle, with 15° snapping for a clean line and free rotation when you need it exact.

Box-select a group, just like Excel or PowerPoint

Click-drag to select a cluster of booths, then move, duplicate, resize, or delete them together instead of one at a time.

Perfectly straight rows without eyeballing it

Nudge a booth into place with the arrow keys, or select a row and hit Straighten or Space Evenly to line everything up in one click.

Curved and angled rows for irregular venues

Place a whole row of booths along a straight, angled, or curved line — built for mall-corridor and non-grid layouts a rigid rows-and-columns tool can't represent.

Entrances, amenities, and labels

Mark doors, restrooms, a bar, dining areas, or any other landmark with a labeled marker you can stretch, rotate, and resize to match what's actually there.

Multiple floors on one event

Give a multi-floor venue its own map per level, all attached to the same event, vendor list, and booth pricing.

Undo/redo the whole way

Every change while you build the layout — placement, resize, rotate, delete — is undoable, so experimenting with a layout never risks losing work.

Assign and manage

Vendors and booths stay in sync automatically.

Booth assignment isn't a separate spreadsheet from your vendor list — it's the same data, shown on the same map.

Assign vendors right from the map

Review an application, approve it, and click a booth to assign that vendor — no separate spreadsheet to keep in sync with what's actually on the floor.

Vendors can pick their own booth at checkout

Set booth tiers with different prices and let approved vendors choose from eligible booths themselves during payment, instead of you assigning every single one by hand.

Status you can read at a glance

Booths are color-coded by availability, reservation, and payment status, so you can see who still owes money or which spots are still open without opening a report.

Vendor profiles stay attached to their booth

A vendor's profile, logo, and inventory travel with their booth assignment automatically on the published map — no manual re-entry.

Publish

An interactive map attendees actually use to find what they're looking for.

Publishing isn't a separate step, and finding a booth isn't limited to reading a name off a list.

A live map for every event, automatically

There's no separate "publish" step — the same layout you build becomes your event's public, interactive floor map the moment it's saved.

Built for phones

Attendees can pinch-to-zoom and pan on their phone, tap a booth to see the vendor, and deep-link straight from a search result to that booth's exact spot on the map.

Search every booth's inventory by card name

This is where VendorDex is built specifically for trading card shows, not general vendor events: attendees search every vendor's listed inventory at once, and get walked straight to the right booth on the map.

Works the same either way you started

Whether your layout came from an uploaded venue photo or was built from a blank canvas inside VendorDex, attendees see the same interactive map experience.
